My Subjects This Semester II

Hello again to all my fellow blogger out there, today I am going to write a new entry regarding my subjects for this semester. The title of this entry is similar to the past one, only this time I'm going to appraise all the lecturers and the subjects that they have thought me in this semester.

First of all, I would like to praise Sir Izwan for all of his dedication and hard work to ensure that our class can complete the term paper and get a high mark for BEL 311. Honestly, at the start, I did not like to do the term paper at all because it looks boring and it seems like we need to put a lot of effort and work in doing it. However, as time passes by, I started to like doing all of the past exam questions because I started to realize that the reason why he asked us to do a lot of past exam questions is because it can help us a lot especially during the real final exams and the real term paper that we are supposed to do which carries 30% of our carry mark. Lastly, I would like to say thank you very much to Sir Izwan for teaching me a lot of things concerning the subject BEL 311.

The next subject is FIN 262 which have been taught by En. Syamsyul. I really respect En Syamsyul because he is quite different from other lecturers. He respect us as a student and in return we respect him as a lecturer. His teaching really gives a huge impact to our studies. Almost everyone get a high mark for test 1 and test 2 because of his teaching. Everybody can catch up because his technique and formula can make students understand easily. Lastly, I hope that I can get an A for this subject.

The next subject is Macroeconomics. The lecturer that taught our class is P.M Abdullah. He is one of my favorite lecturer because of his sense of humor. He always make jokes in class which make it more cheerful to learn. Even though his lecture is kind of fast, but to me it won't be a problem since he only pointed out the important point. Overall, he is a nice lecturer and I hope that I can get an A for this subject even though I hated economy ever since secondary school.

Next is Mandarin, this is an interesting subject, but I still can't master this subject. It is so hard for me to catch up. The lecturer is Zhang Laoshi. She is a good lecturer who wants her students to conquer mandarin, maybe its just me who is lazy to learn something new. It's like a little kid learning to talk again. Generally, I'm not too desperate to get an A for this subject since it is only 2 credit hours. I just hope that I pass.

Next is CTU 241. The lecturer for this subject is Us. Nawawi. He is a one of the funniest lecturer that I know. He always do funny things in class like acting like a little kid, teasing the girls, listen to music when we are having a test and even teasing other lecturers. Besides that, he is a good lecturer who taught us many good things concerning Islam.

Next subject is Statistics, this subject is taught by our new lecturer, En. Zaki or Sir Zack. Sir always make us participate in class by calling out names and answer a question on the board in front of the class. Whenever we have a question or need a personal time with him, we can make an appointment and then he will meet us personally in his room. He is kind of a strict person. For those who came in late to class, will be locked outside. Other than that, he is a good lecturer.

My last subject or co-curriculum for this semester is Basketball. I choose this subject because I like to play basketball. I love to play sports. I have been playing basketball ever since I was a little kid. Even though I like futsal more than basketball, but I still can't stop my addictiveness for this game. You should try it, it's fun. I hope that I can get an A for basketball.

To sum up, I would like to apologize to all the lecturers if I had done something wrong that might have hurt or touch your feelings throughout the semester. To all my friends, good luck for the final exam. Thank you.

What I Love Most About Hari Raya Aidilfitri

Hello again, this time I'm going to write about what I love the most about Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Who does not love Hari Raya? I guarantee you that anyone that call themselves Muslims and have been through fasting for a month must love Hari Raya.

To me, the best part about Hari Raya is that we will celebrate it together as a big family. All of my cousins, siblings, auntie, uncle, mother, father, grandmother and grandfather will get together and celebrate this special day as a big family. To me it is the best day ever. We cook, laugh, playing the fireworks, eat and asking for forgiveness together as a family. This day is a very cheerful day compared to the normal days. It is a day where we enjoy ourselves after a full month of fasting. That is why Allah forbids anyone to fast on the first day of Hari Raya.

The second best thing about Hari Raya is the "Duit Raya". Any kids and teenagers will receive "Duit Raya" from the older people who are already working. It is a tradition where we will receive this "Duit Raya" from the older people. However, from what I can see, teenagers like us who is studying in universities will get more "Duit Raya" compared to those that are still in school. It is probably because they understand our condition where we as students need a lot of money especially when we are far away from home.

This is the reason why I love Hari Raya. That is all from me. Thank You.

Childhood Memories Of Ramadhan

Assalamualaikum and Selamat Hari Raya to all of you. Today I'm going to write about my childhood memories of Ramadhan.

As we all know, when the fasting month approaches, we as Muslims are required to fast for a month. Myself is not excluded to fast albeit I was a little kid. My mother always told me that I need to start practicing so that I will get used to the fasting month when I grow older. I started fasting ever since I was 8 years old. The experience of it back then is something more different.

Every early morning, my dad will woke me up for "sahur", but it's not a normal wake up call. If my brother and I are still reluctant to wake up, he will pour water on our faces. He is kind of a strict person back then so my brother and I always obey his command. My mother on the other hand will wake up early to prepare a light meal for us. I often fell asleep while eating. Probably because I'm not used to waking up early in the morning.

Just like any other kids where it is their first time fasting, I will break my fast in the afternoon right after I came back from school. My mom also understand my situation that time so she will prepare the food for me. I LOVE MY MOTHER. This will keep on going for another 2 weeks, but I have never eaten in school because my mom said that at least I must try to hold my stomach until I get home. So, if I had after school classes, I had to starved until I get home. After the comfortness of fasting only half-a-day for 2 weeks, my mom softly said that she wanted to see me fasting a full day this time and if I can fast a full day for another two weeks, she will give me rm50. That seems to be a lot of money to me back then. So, I forced myself to fast a full day for another two weeks and I did it. My mom must be so proud of me that time so she gave me the rm50 with extra rm10. After that, I started to improve on my fasting the following Ramadhan and the next following Ramadhan until I fully fast for the whole month.

I think that is all from me for now. Thank you. Selamat Hari Raya!!

My Favourite Television Show

Hi once again, today I'm going to write about my favourite television show. My favourite television show is F.R.I.E.N.D.S.

What is F.R.I.E.N.D.S? It is one of the famous television show that have won a lot of awards including a dozen of Emmy awards. They once won an award for the most favourite television show in America. They are not only famous in America, their shows also attracted viewers all over the world. They have been doing this series for almost a decade now. This show is famous because all the actors and actresses that is involved in the series are all talented and gifted in what they do.

Why I like F.R.I.E.N.D.S? This show contains a lot of humour and funny things which attract me to watch it. The actors are really good in acting and they never seem to be bored of what they are doing which is making jokes and making people laugh.

My favourite actor in the show is Joey and Ross. They seem spontaneous when it comes to making jokes and their jokes really make people laugh. Even though they seem to be a little childish in the series, their jokes often works and people love them for what they do. Other actors such as Monica, Phoebe, Rachel and Chandler also play an important part in making sure that their series is one of the top one in the world.

Other than that, I love to watch this series because it will make me relax and make me release my tension. All my problems would go away in an instance when I watch F.R.I.E.N.D.S.

My New Album

Hi, I am going to tell you guys the song that will be in my new album that will be released this winter. The name of the album is S.T.O.N.E. (Still The 1 Never Ends).

1. Only Once

In this life, you only got one chance and only one opportunity to show your true talent. Once there is an opportunity, you must go ahead and grab it because once that chance had flew away, you might not get it back.

2. The 1

This song is dedicated to my first love. She is my true lover and friend. It is a feeling that I have that she is the perfect one for me. I'm sure you all out there also have a lover of your own, therefore I sing this song in a slow classic way so that you all can appreciate the love of your life and not make a fool out of them.

3. Cerita Kedai Mamak

I collaborated with Malique in this song. This song is trying to send a message to the new artist in the industry. You need to listen carefully to the lyrics in order to understand the message.

4. Black Diamond

Teenagers is actually an asset to the country. They one day will join force and be a leader for the country. Unfortunately, as you all can see for yourselves, the attitude and behaviour of young teenagers this day are the opposite of what we aspect. Crime and violent is done by those that are educated. This teenagers are diamond, but no longer and asset, we are only a liability.

5. Stand

Stand for what is right. Do not be scared to share your thoughts or opinion. Ignore what people say, because you are also 'people'. Forever never be someones dog. Stand!.

6. Salt

To all people who loves salt.

7. Bila nak raya

Who doesn't like Hari Raya. I'm sure everyone does regardless of age. When the day has come, it is the best day ever. We can eat anything and everything on that day. For those who fast during the fasting month will get money. Let me point this out, lots of money. So, bila nak raya!!.

8. Hate me or love me

Do not let people underestimate you. Do what you want to do without any hesitation. You are living your own life. Whether people hate you or love you, it is still your life and you cannot let other people control your life. "Hate it or love it the boy is on top, and I am going to shine until my heart stops."

9. I love you, mama

This song is dedicated to my mother. Without her I am no one in this world. She is my inspiration. I love you mama.

10. Sunrise

Every day is a new day. Make the best out of it. Try to improve compared to yesterday and hopefully that tomorrow will be better.

I hope that you all will buy and enjoy my album. Thank you for your time.

10 Facts About Me

Hello, Hello, Hello again. This time I'm going to write 10 facts about me.

1. I hate dogs

Why is it that I hate dogs? It might be the fact that dogs always chase me!!. No matter when or where, they never know when to quit. Whether I'm on a motorcycle or walking on foot, they will perform their best to scare the hell out of people.

2. I like salt or anything that is salty.

Whatever that I eat, I will make sure that my food is salty enough so that I would enjoy it to the fullest.

3. I like to play sports.

Being aggressive and being able to sweat is my hobby. I like to play both basketball and futsal. Everytime I play basketball, all of my problems would go away for a moment. That is the best part about sport. It helps to free your mind.

4. I used to be bald.

Actually, I used to be bald when I'm in form 4 until form 5. Being bald is a good thing. I don't have to buy hair cream all the time and my head will always be cold. But now, it is a different environment, different environment requires different style. Honestly, I'm just talking trash, actually my girlfriend like my hair to stay this way, haha.

5. I have a problem when it comes to saving.

I am a spendrift. When I have a lot of money in my wallet, it is hard for me to not spend it at once. I once spend RM1000 in 2 weeks time. But that is a long time ago. That is why it is best for me to borrow from a friend rather than using my own money. Haha.

6. I like to eat fast food.

Any fast food such as Mcdonald, Kfc, Pizza Hut. Even though a lot of people say that fast food is not really good for our health, I still can't put my head up and say no. Maybe it is quite salty, especially Kfc's chicken.

7. My handwriting is ugly.

Many of my friends and lecturers said that my handwriting is ugly. I don't know why I can't and don't want to write neatly like everyone else. Maybe because of the fact that I am a lazy person. Anyway, I don't mind about what others say about my handwriting, as long as I can read it, that is fine with me. But when it comes to final examination or test, I will put my effort on my handwriting neatness.

8. I am the youngest one in the family.

I would love to have a little brother or sister to bully. Haha.

9. Loves to sleep

Cannot comment much because everyone loves to sleep. Haha.

10. I hate movies that does not give any positive message.

Films like G.I. JOE, Aliens vs Predators, Star Trek and so on is too boring for me because it does not provide any clear message why that movie is created. I like movie that make sense and gives an impact on a daily life basis.

Thank you. That is all for now.

My Subjects This Semester

Hello once more to Sir Izwan and all of you bloggers out there. This week I am going to write about my subjects that I take for this semester. As you all know this semester we have to take 7 subjects compared to when we are in part 1 and part 2 where we only have to take 6 subjects. It is quite a burden and a challenging task to most of us but if you look at all the successful people around, most of them faces greater challenge and obstacles in order to succeed in life. Therefore we should not complain and instead be thankful to God that have given us the opportunity to study when a lot more teenagers did not get their chances to further their studies.

Before I just keep on writing out of topic, I am going to start introducing my subjects for this semester. First subject that I would like to start of with is English for Academic Purposes (BEL 311). This subject is my favourite subject since Sir Izwan really help me a lot especially in improving my writing and speaking skills. This subject also help me in preparation for the Malaysian University English Test (MUET). Other than that, Sir also make my IT skills improved by making us creating our own blog. This subject really help me in many different ways.

My second subject that I will like to share is Fundamentals of Finance (FIN 262). This is my second favourite subject because it involves a lot of calculation and I like anything that have to do with numbers. En. Syamsyul, our lecturer for this subject also taught us in his own unique way that will make us understand fully. Most of us are thankful to have him because of his teaching. His teaching really helps us a lot especially when this subject is 4 credit hour.

My third subject this semester is Macroeconomics (ECO 211). This is the subject that I hated the most. It is simply because I don't like economy ever since in secondary school. I am not too sure why I hated this subject, but I think it is because of the teacher that taught me economy in secondary school. I am kind of a lazy person back in those days, so most of the work that she gave I did not do or submit on time. So, as a result I always have to stand outside the class and eventually finishing her work outside while standing. Since that I started to hate her and maybe that is when I started to hate economy. But either way I still respect her because she was the one who helped me in the dying minutes before SPM. Even though, I hated this subject, I will try my best to get an A for macroeconomics this semester.

My next subject is Introduction to statistics (QMT 216). I also don't like this subject because it involves both calculation and graph. I like the calculation part but not the graph part. The lecturer for this subject is okay to me in the form of teaching and relation with students. I will not comment much on this subject because we only gone through 2 topics and I haven't got the chance to know much regarding this subject.

Next is "Asas Ekonomi Islam" (CTU 241). For this subject, I do not know how to comment since this class haven't started learning fully yet especially when a new lecturer had substitute Ustaz Kamarulzaman. I haven't got to know this new lecturer yet since our CTU class is only once a week.

My next subject is Mandarin (BMD 101) which is my Third Language. I found it hard to learn this language because I don't have any basics in this language. It is a fun language to learn but I'm kind of worried that I would have to repeat this subject again. The thing that I don't understand is how to put mark on the letters. If someone can teach me how to put mark on the letters it will be helpful for me.

My last subject is Basketball (HSK 119) which is my co-curriculum. I like this co-curriculum because I love this sport so much. It is my hobby to play basketball.

I think that is all from me for now. Thank you.

Being A Senior

Hello again, by now you all should already know me since this is my third entry in three weeks time. This time I am going to write about how its like to be a senior. Actually, I am not too convinced that I am a senior since I am only in part 3 and I don't think that I am old enough to be a senior, but either way I am still a "young senior."

The best thing about being a senior is that I can relax without being forced to join activities compared to when I am in part 1. That is pretty much it. I don't agree to the fact by being a senior I can bully my junior freely whenever I wanted to. A junior is also a human being who have feelings and have the right to be respect. Our Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) once said that we need to respect each other regardless of age.

Being a senior to me only means to give guidance to my junior such as guidance for academic purposes and guidance on how to be a good human being, I'm not saying that I am a good guy, but through experience I think I can manage to give advice and knowledge. This doesn't mean that a junior cannot advice his or her senior. As a Muslim, we should look after each other and gives advice to each other whenever necessary. I believe that if we all follow the concept of ukhwah (brotherhood), we all can manage to live peacefully in a community. By achieving this goal, our college might be a safer and a healthy environment to be in if there is no more hatred among us.

I think that is all from me for now. Thank you for your time.

My Roommates

Hello again to all of you, today I am going to share with you an interesting topic which is about my roommates. As I said before, I am staying at Sempana Riau College. My room number is 226. Here in UiTM each room consist of four people and it means that I have three other male staying in the same room. Today, I am going to tell you about my roommates attitudes, lifestyle and so on.

One of my roommate that have been in the same room together with me since part 1 is Wan Mohd Razi B. Wan Ismail who is currently taking Diploma in Business Transport (DBST). He lives in Taman Gombak Jaya, Gombak, Kuala Lumpur. He likes to watch automotive sports car show. Basically, his interest is anything that have to do with sports car. Other than that, he also like to play video games. His ambition is to be a government officer. One thing that I admire about him is that he is such a trustworthy person and a good friend to all the surrounding people other than being a good son to his family.

My second roommate is Muhd Nur Arif B. Saini. He is in part 1 and that means he is my junior. He is currently taking Diploma in Information Management (DIIM). His ambition is to be a successful businessman. One thing special about him is that he loves to sleep, once he closes his eyes, it will be hours for him to wake up again. Other than that, he is a religious man, every night he will make sure that he set his foot in the mosque. One thing admirable about him is that he respect everyone around him regardless of age or skin colour. He knows the principle of "you need to give respect to get".

My last roommate is Mohd Shazni B. Mohd Fuad. He is also my junior. He is presently taking Diploma in Accountancy (DIA). He is from Negeri Sembilan. His ambition is to be a successful accountant. This guy is quite a funny guy compared to my other roommates. This is because the way he talk make others feel like laughing all the time. This guy really know how to mix with girls, that is why sometimes we call him a playboy. His hobby is to play video games and chatting with his friends. One other thing that you should know about him is that he is a caring and a loving person. Maybe that's the reason why girls like him. The presence of all of my roommates bring joy into my life. That is all for now. Thank you.
